I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel. The location on the banks of Onego Lake is simply breathtaking. Waking up to the stunning views of the lake was a truly marvelous experience. The hotel's proximity to the port, where the boats depart for Kizhi island, and the central street made it very convenient for me to explore the main attractions on foot. The staff here were extremely friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request I had. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable seating area.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the lake and within walking distance to several restaurants. the staff was friendly and attentive, and the room was clean and comfortable. the breakfast had a good variety of food options and was a great way to start the day. the hotel provided free parking, which was convenient during the busy Christmas season.

The Wi-Fi was slow, and the shower was small and cramped. the temperature in the room was difficult to regulate and was often too warm.

During the New Year's celebration, we enjoyed the spacious rooms and the friendly staff who were always ready to assist us. The view from the window was breathtaking and added a great vibe to the festivities. One of the best aspects was the close proximity to the city center and the well-known landmarks. We were able to walk through the beautiful streets and enjoy the local restaurants. the breakfast offered a good variety of dishes and was a great way to start each day.

One of the worst aspects was that the room keys constantly stopped working, which was frustrating. Another disappointment was that the maids did not do a thorough job with the cleaning, and we had to remind them to change the towels and provide new shampoo.

I had an amazing stay in this city thanks to the hotel's perfect location next to the Onega lake. Additionally, the friendly and helpful staff made my experience even better. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I also appreciated the parking and transportation options available.
